IMPRINT LEDGER
Support · 03.10.2026

A small book for your numbered editions.

Numbering

Create a separate edition for each print run or colorway. Numbered prints use 1/N; artist proofs use AP 1/N in their own group. Counts on the artwork card cover the main edition only. Edition sizes cannot be changed after creation.

Print status

Select several numbers to record a printing session in one step. Only mark prints you have physically checked.

Your backups

Imprint Ledger stores your editions on this device. Export a backup regularly, especially before changing or resetting your device.

Restoring

A backup includes reference images and all notes. Store it somewhere you trust. Restore replaces this ledger after showing you a preview; a copy of the previous file is kept here.

Spreadsheets

Open an edition, then choose Export edition CSV from its menu. CSV includes the print numbers, status, references and notes. Column names and status values use stable English labels for compatibility. CSV is for reading in a spreadsheet; use the full JSON backup to restore the app.

Storage limits

Keep up to 100 editions, each with 1–500 numbered prints and up to 50 artist proofs. A backup can be up to 25 MB. Reference photos are reduced to fit; retain original artwork files separately.

Available on the App Store. iPhone, iOS 17 or later. One paid download, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Download on the App Store.
